Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Project Completion Engineer – Piping QC 27722.

Ensure quality within Piping and Valves on the project at Stord Yard. Support Construction, MC, and Commissioning to secure proper handover and compliance with project requirements according to agreed plans and targets.

Job responsibilities:
•    Perform quality assurance and control within piping and valves
•    Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and project quality requirements
•    Cooperate closely with Construction, MC, and Commissioning
•    Participate in inspections, FAT/SAT, reviews, and deviation handling.
•    Contribute to alliance collaboration and continuous improvement of processes and methods

Focus on:
•    Flange management (bolts, gaskets) and alignment
•    Testing and chemical cleaning
•    Dustblinds, PSV calibration/handling
•    Valve installation and PED documentation
•    Hose management, preservation, and cleanliness
•    Status reporting and input to As-built

Your experience and qualifications:
•    Technical College degree or trade certificate within Mechanical/Piping disciplines.
•    Experience from QA/QM in oil & gas projects
•    Solid knowledge of flange management, testing, and valve handling.
•    Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional/alliance environments.
•    Improvement- and quality-focused mindset.

Workplace: This position is fully mobile with base location Stord. Some travel and offshore can be expected.
