Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers, we are now looking for a Project Completion Engineer, Field Engineer – Insulation.

Job responsibilities:

• Monitor and assist the construction related to insulation to ensure seamless interfaces with other disciplines.
• Be a part of the site team and contribute as a driving force within your discipline. For day-to-day tasks, report to the site lead.
• Oversee contractors’ performance in quality control related to insulation during the construction phase through site inspections, including pre-fabrication sites. Report non-compliance and provide comments on QA plans, audits, and verification activities.
• Participate in inspections as required by the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Ensure that operators possess the necessary skills and continuously monitor the quality of installation activities.
• Follow up on Mechanical Completion (MC) documentation from contractors and subcontractors during installation, and assist in verifying MC certificates and resolving punch items.
• Track site progress and MC documentation during the installation phase.
• Participate in Safety Job Analysis (SJA), Risk Assessments, HAZID, HAZOP, and other HSSEQ-related reviews as needed.
• Contribute to the Management of Change process and project risk workshops, identifying and addressing opportunities, risks, and mitigation measures.

Key Project Locations and Timeline:

• Site testing phase in Poland: February to May
• On-site activities: June to December
