The Procurement and Supplier Relation (PSR) organization consist of 5 business units: Drilling, Well & Interventions (DWI), Subsea, Engineering & Construction (SEC), Operations (OP), Corporate Services (CS), Compliance, Improvements & Analyses (CIA) . We are looking for motivated Contract Lead / Procurement Specialist within the Drilling, Well and Interventions area. The DWI team is a global team with a diverse set of contracts. Be prepared for both small and large tasks that in all ways will help you develop your commercial understanding. We are organized in a competence center, giving employees the opportunity to develop either a deep or broad competence within procurement and supplier relations while employed in PDP PSR.

Job responsibilities:
•    Establish Specific Procurement Strategy according to business need and relevant Category Strategy 
•    Prepare evaluation procedure 
•    Plan and conduct negotiations 
•    Contribute to the establishment and management of a risk-based follow-up plan, linked to strategic objectives 
•    Contribute to ensure agreement understanding and compliance (training of contract users) 
•    Safeguard correct use of the contract 
•    Collaboration with internal partner/customers 
•    Collaboration with external suppliers 
•    Stakeholder management 
•    Initiate and implement improvements.

Your experience and qualifications:
•    You are performance driven, have a strong interest for commercial aspects, are engaged, curious and have a high level of professional as well as personal integrity. 
•    You contribute to an attractive, inspiring, healthy and secure working environment, share experiences and help others to succeed 
•    You address safety performance, engage and collaborate with our suppliers to avoid major accidents, reduce personal injuries, and carbon footprint 
•    You have good communication skills, and capabilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 
•    You are proactive and eager to learn, willing to contribute to the improvement agenda 
•    Preferred education: relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent.
•    Language Requirements: English and Norwegian.
