Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Process engineer, Main Process

Job responsibilities:

•    Develop and perform quality checks on process and utility system designs.
•    Evaluate and dimension process equipment, including compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, separators, etc.
•    Develop and perform quality checks on process system deliverables, such as P&ID, PFD/UFD, process datasheets, line sizing and line list, calculation reports, and process/system documentation.
•    Prepare for and actively participate in HAZOP, process design reviews, and other safety reviews.
•    Conduct and evaluate process simulations.

 
Your experience and qualifications:

•    Experienced in multidiscipline modification projects and study work.
•    Strong knowledge of process and utility system design, evaluation and dimensioning of process equipment, process simulations, and process safety.
•    Detailed knowledge of NORSOK P-002, S-001, and Z-001.
•    Familiarity with relevant Norwegian regulations and API/ISO/ASME standards.
•    Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering.
•    Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
•    Self-initiative and strong problem-solving abilities.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
