Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Principal Professional-Supply Chain Management (SCM)   27293

Procurement Supplier Relationship (PSR) Subsea, Engineering and Construction (SEC) team creating value through global, safe and sustainable end to end supply chain. We are approx. 100 procurement professionals delivering towards projects within Global Greenfield, Low Carbon Solutions, Electrification and Brownfield and Subsea, Marine and Installation.

Job responsibilities:

•    Lead and participate in cross-functional teams for efficient establishment of procurement strategies and contracts 
•    Prepare and issue enquiries, manage and conduct bid evaluation, negotiations and prepare award recommendation 
•    Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the process 
•    Perform contract start-up activities, incl. kick-off meetings and contract training with internal stakeholders and external suppliers 
•    Manage contracts from award to contract closeout

For this position, we are also looking for:

•    Strong and fluent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English 
•    Project procurement experience 
•    Independent and flexible, with the ability to work within and lead multidisciplinary teams across the organization. 
•    Skilled in developing, utilizing and extending network of internal and external stakeholders. 
•    Demonstrates high level of personal integrity and ethical awareness. 
•    Strategic and Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. 
•    Has a 'searching for better' attitude and actively contributes to improving our work.
