Job responsibilities:

• The Subsea Facilities Structures and Manifolds Engineer/Lead shall deliver according to phase DG0-DG4 and business needs:
• Prepare documentations according to the relevant DG phase within own scope and ensure compliance with applicable rules, standards and regulations
• Responsible for scoping and following up studies within Subsea Facilities Structures and manifold scope and maturation of design and deliveries as required per project phase
• Responsible to perform or establishing and following up studies within scope of work and maturation of design and deliveries as required per project phase (TR1244)
• Within own scope, drive continuous improvement, secure safety in design, design-to-cost and constructability
• Perform / contribute in concept evaluations and provide input to Design Basis updates (when needed)
• Provide evaluations, reports and presentations as required towards key project milestones and Decision Gates
• Identify and drive interfaces with key project disciplines, and ensures integration between subsea areas through interface meetings and change management
• Ensures that the overall functionality, and operability of the system is taken care of, and actively contribute/participate to the total system reviews and HAZID and HAZOP’s – During concept, feed and execution phase, responsible for following-up contractor(s) to ensure quality deliverables in line with scope of work, budget and schedule
• Responsible/contribute to tendering process. Act as technical and commercial responsible and establish contract as required to execute the scope of work
• During concept, feed and execution phase responsible for follow-up of risks and SSU for project and scope of work related deliveries
• Manage the execution of project scope of work, budget, plans and strategies within role and responsibilities.
• Act as Company representative towards Contractor
• Secure systematic and efficient experience transfer and keep close dialog with Equinor base organization and discipline ladder

Your qualifications:

• Master's degree, preferable within subsea technology, automation, cybernetics, or mechanical engineering.
• Broad experience with subsea facilities in operation phase or project phase
• Good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Norwegian
• Be able to communicate requirements and show direction towards internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize between tasks during periods of high workload
• Preferable 7-10 years of relevant experience Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
