Job responsibilities:

•    Develop and establish project execution schedules for various disciplines across all project phases, ensuring alignment with resource management, method & planning management philosophy, and overall strategy.
•    Ensure that all activities within your area of responsibility are carried out in compliance with project requirements and company procedures.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    You hold an MSc, BSc, Technical College degree, or possess other relevant education and experience.
•    You are capable of acquiring a detailed understanding of the project's scope and can manage a variety of disciplines or fields within project planning.
•    Experience or competence in SAS or Commissioning disciplines is advantageous. Training within planning will be provided.
•    You possess strong problem-solving skills, able to address complex situations by leveraging expertise from various disciplines to develop well-rounded solutions.
•    You are a team-oriented individual with excellent collaboration skills and an outgoing personality.
•    You have a proactive and transparent approach to both team interactions and client relationships.
•    You value honesty, predictability, and transparency in all aspects of your work.
•    You are committed to maintaining a strong focus on Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) in all projects.
•    Familiarity with industry planning software such as Safran Project and Primavera P6 is an advantage, as Safran Project is the core planning tool used. Additionally, good proficiency with the Office 365 package and other common IT tools is expected.
•    You are available for work in Norway.
•    You have strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, and you excel at working in a team.
