Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain effective communication with offshore staff and various contractors.
• Collaborate closely with primary stakeholders to ensure project goals are met according to schedule.
• Actively monitor project plans, key milestones, and critical paths, including detailed project plans.
• Assist in the creation, development, and updating of project planning documents, ensuring alignment between contractor plans and the overall project schedule.
• Proactively track and report on project progress.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between task leaders and different disciplines.
• Provide planning and trend analysis support, focusing on float and critical path development.
• Propose strategies for schedule recovery and maintenance of essential milestones.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Economics.
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Valid offshore certificate.
• Proficient in Safran Project software.
• Eligible to work in Norway.
• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, with an emphasis on teamwork.
