Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Mechanical – Specialist Engineer Centrifugal Compressors 25987.

Job responsibilities:

•    Define and describe technical and quality requirements for re-bundling of Centrifugal Compressors
•    PRE (Package Responsible Engineer) for mechanical equipment 
•    Be responsible for rotating equipment
•    Evaluating offers from suppliers
•    Follow up on packages
•    Inspection and FAT
•    Keep updated on rules and regulations
•    Maintain supplier interaction.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Master or bachelor degree in Mechanical related Engineering
•    Minimum 5 years work experience in mechanical engineering within the Oil&Gas industry in the NCS
•    Experience with EPCIC, FEED and early study projects
•    Experience and knowledge of rotating equipment and the PRE role
•    Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
•    Job leader experience and competence
•    Experience with rotating equipment
•    Experience with mechanical engineering in modification projects on the Norwegian continental shelf is an advantage
•    Experience as PRE (Package Responsible Engineer) for mechanical equipment
•    In depth knowledge in technical requirements from Equinor and other customers.
