Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a Mechanical Lead Engineer 23439.

Job responsibilities:
–  Lead mechanical engineering resources
–  Perform mechanical engineering in offshore and/or onshore electrification, modification and maintenance projects
–  Act as package responsible engineer (PRE) incl bid evaluation, supplier coordination and follow-up, coordination of internal disciplines
–  Engineering scope in Front End study work, EPCI projects and minor modifications
–  Interaction with procurement and client, testing and mechanical completion activities
–  Multidiscipline coordination with project team
–  Development of installation method
–  Participate in testing and installation of equipment
–  Quality Input and control of technical data and job preparation

Skills and Levels Description:

–  Bachelor or Master’s in mechanical/process
–  Experience with study work on mechanical discipline, preferable feasibility level
–  Preferable with previous experience with carbon capture, especially CCS by Company
–  Able to work in teams and dynamic environment
–  Fluent in Norwegian and English both written and oral

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
