The Material Master Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of material master data within the ERP. This role ensures that all material-related information (Material Master Data) is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with all initiatives related to D&W

Job responsibilities:
•    Data Management
    o    Create, update, and maintain material master records in the ERP system in close collaboration with MDM Norway

•    Material Groups for Drilling and Wells
    o    Develop and maintain specific material groups related to Drilling and Wells, ensuring appropriate categorization and align
    o    Identify and categorize Long Lead items to ensure timely procurement and availability for projects, and assign them to the appropriate material groups

•    Cross-Department Collaboration
    o    Collaborate with procurement, contract, and inventory teams to gather material specifications and requirements.
    o    Work closely with DIGE and SCM to troubleshoot and resolve data issues within the ERP system in regard to price books, tagging of Long lead equipment, overviews of material groups, standardized equipment and processed to ensure data quality

Your experience and qualifications:
•    BSc. or MsC in Procurement or a related field or equivalent education / experience
•    Procurement & Inventory Professional
