DISC COL DH Settlement, Master data is part of the Settlement department where we are about 20 persons, where 4 is working withing the masterdata domain. There is a mix of age, gender and experience. The team is part of Dealhandling in Commercial Operations Liquids in MMP DISC with a broad range of tasks across the value chain in Marketing & Supply. The Deal Handling Settlement department consists of four sub-teams & processes: Settlements of physical liquids cargoes Settlements of shipping related costs Clearing broker reconsiliation and margin calls Master Data Management.

Job responsibilities:

Perform operational task in Masterdata: 
•    Recieve request and perform quality control on document and process. 
•    Create/change Master data for MMP area. 
•    Be a part of a fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment, working closely with the business; operation, business development, process owners as well as IT. 
•    Have responsibility for correct Master Data information in our applications. 
•    Create and change information of Master Data based on business needs. 
•    Be part of enhancing the Master Data team and process to meet future requirements for digitalization. 
•    Contribute to implement new processes and integration to new or changed applications. 
•    Collaboration across disciplines is vital for the success of the master data function.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in Economics or IT. 
•    Experience ideally with master data management is preferred, however someone with business analysis, information analysis, or data quality experience will also be considered. 
•    Good competency with Excel, SAP and knowledge as well as an interest for digitalization would be beneficial. 
•    Well organized and comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast and dynamic environment. 
•    A passion and drive for recognizing and suggesting ways to make improvements along with excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of people. 
•    A strong analytical and commercial mindset, with an ability to work accurately and to deadlines. 
•    A professional level of English, both written and oral is essential, fluent in Norwegian is beneficial.
