Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Test Lead and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with a strong background in testing and quality assurance. You will play a key role in ensuring that our applications and processes meet organizational requirements before go-live. You will collaborate closely with offshore teams and stakeholders, facilitating end-to-end testing and risk management processes. The ideal candidate can handle both strategy and execution, this role requires doer skills. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Job responsibilities:

•    Lead all phases of end-to-end UAT testing, ensuring product quality and data flow across integrations.
•    Plan and create test strategies, test plans, and test scripts, ensuring validation with key stakeholders.
•    Prepare test environments and ensure data accuracy, avoiding disruption from other initiatives.
•    Monitor test execution, track findings, and ensure follow-up with appropriate teams to address high-priority issues.
•    Report on test outcomes, address open risks, and ensure issue resolution is communicated to stakeholders.
•    Continuously improve testing processes based on feedback and experiences.
•    Assist in managing risk workshops and follow-up actions related to MOC and risk assessments.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Support training activities and development of training materials.
•    Provide input on use cases and manage status of open issues.
•    Ensure asset readiness for Aize rollout and maintain close coordination with technical teams and end-users during Hypercare.
•    Proven experience in test leadership and quality assurance.
•    Familiarity with maintenance and operational processes.
•    Fluency in Norwegian (due to offshore communication).
•    Willingness to travel as needed.
