Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Layout 3D/BIM specialist 27378.

Job responsibilities:
•    Reports to – Engineering manager
•    Main responsible to follow up 3D and BIM deliverables for the company towards contractor during Engineering, Construction Commissioning and Completion
•    Advise and support company in matters related BIM and 3D.
•    Ensure that contractor deliver models according to requirements in EPCIC contract as well as Strategy and requirements in BIM manual.
•    Follow up contractual deliveries regarding models and information in models towards final documentation
•    Support in reviewing and approving design solutions together with the company Engineering team
•    Participate and follow up meetings regarding 3D and BIM with contractor and internally in client's organisation.
•    Report status and model maturity to Engineering manager including regular evaluation of clashes
•    Oversee design, development, and implementation of agreed solutions.

Your experience and qualifications:
•    Experience from 3D model work, design and design development.
•    Experience as a BIM coordinator and interdisciplinary work is important.
•    Norwegian and English required.
