On behalf of one of our clients, we are now looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer with 0–2 years of experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and take on responsibility in exciting energy and technology projects.
About the Client
Our client is part of a large international engineering company with over 16,000 employees worldwide and 45 locally in Norway. They are involved in projects within hydrogen, carbon capture, LNG, and oil & gas, and have a strong track record in making energy processes more efficient and sustainable.

Job responsibilities:

You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and gradually take on more responsibility. Typical tasks include:
•    Specification and evaluation of mechanical equipment
•    Preparing technical documentation and procurement packages
•    Supplier follow-up (compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, etc.)
•    Collaboration with international offices
•    Taking ownership of tasks and contributing to project success

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
•    0–2 years of relevant experience
•    Strong collaboration and communication skills
•    Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
•    A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
