Job responsibilities:
•    Management of activities according to the Hub`s and the License plan
•    Ensure timely delivery and manage key elements in the annual cycle, Prelim budget, Work Program & Budget (WP&B), RNB, Production applications incl. relevant permits
•    Management Committee (MC) Secretary; organize and facilitate MC and TC meetings and follow-up, including L2S management
•    Prepare presentations, facilitate meetings, compile MoM, and booking of rooms and facilities
•    Manage L2S communication and internal document control for L2S documents  
•    Provide admin assistance to the Hub Leader, participate in Department Management team meetings and assist in internal reporting.

Your experience and qualifications:
•    Bachelor degree or equivalent
•    5+ years of experience, preferably within license management
•    Structured and proactive, with strong coordination skills
•    Good communication skills
•    Collaborative and reliable, providing dependable administrative support, maintaining good stakeholder relationships.
