Job responsibilities:

• You will be working together with other insulation engineers in the team and be responsible for insulation related activities for a project. Your scope will include but not limited to the follows:
• Establish strategy and plan for execution of insulation of different equipment packages
• Plan insulation inspection on equipment packages
• Establish an overview of the insulation scope on equipment package to be installed at fabrication yard
• Handle deviations on equipment packages in cooperation with the group lead
• Respond to site queries and similar
• Coordination with other disciplines

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher technical education
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience from the oil and gas industry.
• Good knowledge of NORSOK standard and offshore insulation installations and requirements.
• Good experience in supplier co-ordination and follow-up.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Perform estimation work and plan activities
• Good communicative skills in English

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
