Automation Networks & Electrical power systems (ANE) is part of Facilities Engineering (FE) in Projects Drilling and Procurement (PDP). We support a broad range of projects within Oil & Gas, electrification and Low Carbon Solutions, from early phase to completion. 

Job responsibilities:

We are searching for a senior instrument engineer that can take a role in several of our ongoing projects at the  gas processing plant. You will be responsible for the instrument and automation design in various projects. This will involve participation in inhouse studies and further project maturation in close cooperation with our contractors and suppliers.

•    Establish instrument philosophies and design. 
•    Supporting the automation discipline. 
•    Follow up and guide contractors and suppliers. 
•    Prepare technical requirements and tender documentation. 
•    Follow up fabrication, testing and installation. 
•    Secure close dialogue and alignment with operation.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Master or Bachelor of Science within Instrument and Automation engineering. 
•    Minimum 7-10 years’ relevant experience. 
•    Project experience from instrumentation design. 
•    Multi-discipline understanding. 
•    Good knowledge of rules/regulations, standards and technical requirements 
•    Ability to work and collaborate in a team. 
•    High ethical standards and adherence to companies ethical requirements 
•    Ability to handle high workload. 
•    Good communications skills in both Norwegian and English
•    Travels must be foreseen.
