Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a HVAC System Engineer 24378.

Job responsibilities:
You will work as an HVAC System Engineer in an offshore wind project, in the detail engineering phase of the project.

You will have the opportunity to work with:
• Functional requirements, control philosophy, operation philosophy
• Calculations of air flow rate based on ventilation requirement and heat emission in rooms
• Pressure drop calculations
• CFD calculations
• Coordination with HVAC procurement package responsible engineers and HVAC area engineers
• Coordination with other disciplines in the projects.

Skills:

Required Education:
–  Master or a Bachelor degree
 
Required Work Experience:
–  Min. 5 years working experience in HVAC System design, in engineering
–  Working experience from HVDC projects is an advantage, but not a requirement
–  Working experience from detail engineering phase is preferred
 
Required Qualifications:
–  Ability to work independently and thorough as well as ability to work in team
–  Multidiscipline understanding
–  Good communication skills
–  Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
–  Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
–  Communicate well in English – both oral and in writing.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit.
