Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a HR consultant

Job responsibilities:

General HR administration such as:
•    Training/Course administration in Training Portal/Mintra
•    On- and offboarding administration
•    Maintain HR master data in SAP HR
•    Document archiving
•    Respond to HR inquires from employees, line managers or third parties
•    Assist with other HR administrative tasks when required

 
Your experience and qualifications:

•    Higher relevant education, Bachelor or Master – preferably within HR/Management/Business Administration or equivalent
•    Relevant HR administrative experience may compensate for education requirements
•    1-2 years relevant administrative HR experience will be an advantage, but not a requirement
•    Knowledge of GDPR regulations regarding handling of personal information
•    Knowledge of tools like outlook, excel, Teams, ProArc, HR SAP will be an advantage
•    Accurate, structured, and systematic
•    Reliable and confidential
•    Good ability to take on new digital tools
•    Good communications skills, in both Norwegian and English
•    Team player with a positive mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks and deliveries

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
