Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Hook-Up Preparation Lead

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of the Hook-up and completion phase of the project, including integration of subsea activities.
• Develop resource plan and schedule required for the execution of the Hook-up and completion phase of the project.
• Ensure that the activities are timely planned and executed in line with project overall schedule and targets
• Provide construction and commissioning deliverables to Projects in compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate and support Construction and Commissioning interfaces between Operations, Contractors, and technical disciplines
• Prepare construction and commissioning procedures and activities and follow up as required.
• Support and participate in improvements securing FPSO deliverables at yard.
• Lead by example and ensure that company HSSE and Quality policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to in all phases of the work.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or Cand. Mag (180-240 ECTS) i Engineering
• Extensive management experience within Hook-up and Completion phase of project.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Commissioning or Completion Manager, experience needs to be from larger NCS offshore projects.
• Excellent understanding of all processes from Engineering to Operations in large offshore projects
• Extensive documented and recognized experience to develop a well – performing multidisciplinary team motivated for the task
• Be proactive, cooperative and solution oriented
• Experience in use of PIMS CMS or similar
• Good Computer Skills
• Good communicative skills
• 10 years og relevant experience

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
