Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Heat Trace Senior Design Engineer

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct Heat Trace calculations and design
• Produce relevant Heat Trace package documentation and report
• Update engineering register in COMOS software
• Create isometric drawings through E3D
• Prepare Heat Trace work packs
• Prepare Heat Trace installation details

Your qualifications:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of direct experience with Heat Tracing calculations and design preferably in an EPC project in the Oil & Gas industry
• Offshore and Gas Facilities experience is preferred
• Multidiscipline understanding (process, piping, insulation and field instrumentation)
• Good E3D, TraceCalc and AutoCAD knowledge
• Good knowledge of Heat Trace Blocks Diagram
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, verbal and written

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
