Job responsibilities:

The project comprises a new unmanned offshore platform in the NCS. The project is at the start of detail engineering phase. Project Topside will be designed without helideck, firewater and LQ. Access to the platform is via an SOV (support operating vessel). All valves are electric operated. Focus is to design the process systems simple with high degree of robustness and low maintenance need. Chemicals and some utilities (e.g. lean TEG and MEG) are supplied via the nearby platform.

 

• You will as a Group lead for the Main process report to the Process Discipline Lead.

• You will lead a team of 5-10 Process engineers and be responsible for the deliverables for this team.

 

The team is responsible for:

• Flowlines

• Separation

• Liquid export

• Gas treatment and compression

• Steady state and dynamic simulations

 

 

Tasks:

• You shall ensure that the team secures the overall functionality of the main process systems

• Identify need for meetings and reviews

• Resource planning

• Participate in interviews

• Participate in HAZOP, reviews, support the team members

 

 

 

Your qualifications:

• Must have experience from Norwegian projects

• MSc or BSc with required experience

• Minimum 8 years working experience from engineering (FEED and/or detail engineering)

• Working experience with Greenfield or Brownfield projects on NCS or Norwegian onshore O&G facilities

• Working experience as Process discipline/group lead

• Working experience within main process systems

• Establish good relations with the Client

• Solution oriented

• Multidiscipline understanding

• Good communication skills

• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements

• Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others

• Communicate well in English – both oral and in writing

• working experience in detail engineering

• experience in leading teams of engineers

• strong competence in main process systems

• ability and interest in inspiring and supporting people to deliver at their best

• a special focus on right quality and on time delivery
