The Competence Centre (CC) for Management Support and Administrative Excellence (MSA) consists of approximately 200 employees delivering Management Support and Administrative excellence across the company.

Job responsibilities:
•    Be a part of delivering and developing future fit management support and administrative expertise according to corporate priorities and business needs. 
•    Provide professional management support, administrative tasks and day-to-day operations to Senior Management across the organisation. 
•    Provide administrative business and operations support to projects.

Your experience and qualifications:
•    Bachelors or Master's degree. 
•    Minimum 3 years' experience working within the administrative area. 
•    Good digital skills and interest – M365 and SAP knowledge would be an advantage. 
•    Good stakeholder management and collaborative skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team. 
•    Strong analytical mindset with the willingness to learn and transform through innovation and continuous improvement. 
•    Fluent in Norwegian and English, both orally and written.

Job Specifications:
