Job responsibilities:

List of tasks/responsibility in Norwegian:
•    Skrivearbeid for å ferdigstille søknader om oppfylt utredningsplikt 
•    Skrivearbeid for å ferdigstille KU/KU-program (få prosjekter) 
•    Delta i møter med relevante myndigheter (Mdir; ED; …) 
•    Prosjektstøtte til interne miljøleveranser inkludert vurdering av miljørisiko; BAT evalueringer; miljøbudsjett; ALARP; osv 
•    Delta i faglige diskusjoner med prosjektteam på ulike temaer inkl. miljøteknologi, samt være oppdatert på eventuelle endringer hos – myndigheter på forventninger, krav osv. 
•    Koordinering av temaspesifikke studier til KUP/KU 
•    Sammenfatning av høringskommentarer og forslag til et tilsvar som skal presenteres ED.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    A Master's degree in an Environmental or Social subject such as Chemistry, Biology, Natural Resources Management or Political Science. 
•    Minimum 10 years experience of environmental sustainability, impact and risk management in Norway. 
•    Comfortable working in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. 
•    Ability to handle complex issues and changing external context and requirements. 
•    Deep understanding of relevant national (Norwegian)/international legislation and standards/guidelines. 
•    Significant experience of working on and using a range of communication and engagement methods and channels. 
•    High ethical awareness and integrity. 
•    A positive, flexible team worker, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Job Specifications:

Workplace: Stavanger if possible but not mandatory
