Job responsibilities:
•    Responsible for developing and implementing technical-,engineering- and operational solutions, optimizing and monitoring the quality, safety, and efficiency, of electrical systems used in energy production ,processing, refining, and transport systems, including renewables, CO2- and low carbon (including but not limited to electrical safety, subsea electrical technology, power cables, renewable power generation, power transmission and grid interface.) 
•    Governance shall be based on technical and professional standards and relevant industry best practices, supported by state-of-the-art systems, processes, methods and tools to support decision making processes. 
•    Develop and support safe technical solutions, operation and maintain systems, technologies, and work processes within electrical technology under minimal guidance 
•    Assist in development, integrity and implementation of technology and technical solutions in projects fulfilling scientific, engineering and safety standards under minimal guidance 
•    Assist in formulation and execution of activity plans 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Assist in identification of root causes of problems, and implementation of corrective actions 
•    Collaborate across multiple operations, project development and research/technology development teams to identify and evaluate new methods, and guide, for operational excellence, reduction of cost and environmental footprint 
•    Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within electrical technology 
•    Provide technical expertise and guidance to other professionals

Your experience and qualifications:
•    As a minimum 'Master degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or 'Bachelor degree and 12+ years of relevant experience 
•    Experience from working in Equinor
•    Good communications skills in both Norwegian and English
