Job responsibilities:

•    Electrical Procurement Packages – follow up
•    Co-ordination and cooperation with suppliers & client
•    Review of documents and drawings Engineering inputs to job packages
•    As-builts of drawings from supplier and red line mark-ups from offshore
•    Responsible for electrical system engineering for LV consumers and switchboards
•    Responsible for electrical calculations (short circuit calculations etc)
•    Report & give input to Discipline Lead and Engineering Manager
•    Ensure identification of changes and input to change requests
•    Perform Offshore surveys; 
     •    general field instrument engineering
     •    system engineering, 
     •    automation and control engineering, 
     •    Fire & Gas systems engineering, 
     •    layout design, 
     •    cable dimensioning and calculations, 
     •    field instrumentation and valves, 
•    Technical procurement activities related to mechanical packages (as PRD)
•    Preparation of MTO`s and requisitions, 
•    preparation of installation job-cards, 
•    Give input to other disciplines, 
•    Perform estimation work and plan activities

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Master, Bachelor or technical engineering degree
•    Offshore certificate and medical
•    FSE & first aid
•    EX certificate
•    Minimum 2 years experience from projects in the oil and gas industry
•    Experience with NORSOK
•    Good knowledge and experience with offshore EIT installations and requirements
•    Experience with supplier co-ordination and follow-up
•    Good experience in as-builts of tags and drawings + red line mark ups
•    Languages: English (and preferable Norwegian)
