Job responsibilities:

•    The Assistant Drilling Supervisor (night) is responsible for ensuring that the operations on the drilling rig site are planned and implemented in accordance with governing documents, goals and strategies, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. 
•    The Assistant Drilling Supervisors’ products are drilled and completed wells, recompletion of existing/old wells as well as plug and abandonment of wells. 
•    The Assistant Drilling Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered according to Safety standard, compliance with the programs, on schedule, within agreed cost, and in accordance with current work processes.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    University or higher technical education. 
•    Relevant experience may compensate for missing education.
•    IWCF certified for Drilling. 
•    IWCF level 3/4 (IADC certification not accepted in Equinor). 
•    Experience from offshore operations. 
•    Recent and relevant operational experience in Drilling and Completion operations. 
•    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
•    Good English and Norwegian both writing and oral skills.
