Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Document Controller – Senior 27483.

Job responsibilities:
•    Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfills the department plans and procedures
•    Responsible for document management in individual project or contract
•    Ensure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplines
•    Responsible for all in coming and out going deliveries which go through document control
•    Responsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control tool
•    Be familiar with eventual electronic client systems
•    Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation
•    Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation
•    Enter the actual work instructions and ensure that they are complied with
•    Registration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentation
•    Advise project personnel of the document management requirements
•    Document progress reporting
•    Follow-up of Supplier document deliveries

Your experience and qualifications:
•    Relevant formal, higher education
Long experience may compensate for the lack of higher education
•    Minimum 5 years of relevant project related experience within the oil and gas industry
•    Good communication
•    Systematic, accurate and independent
•    Proactive, service minded, seeking advise from others and share own experiences with group 
•    Use of MS Office standard software.
•    English language written and spoken
•    Knowledge of  ProArc and PIMS DC.
