Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Digital Project Manager

Control of Work (CoW) system has limited possibilities for future upgrades and integration. It is built on an outdated legacy system which has limited possibilities to meet the company's digital ambitions. The Future Safe Work project scope is to implement a new system for Control of Work and together with the business and assets, ensure training and adoption. 
The Future Safe Work project is a critical enabler to achieve safe, reliable, and efficient operations, and will support the BU Operation to deliver on its vision – “Vi skaper fremtidens driftsenhet” 

Job responsibilities:

•    Manage digital projects to ensure effective and high-quality execution and delivery.
•    Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for better enterprise outcomes through effective project management.
•    Define scope, set goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders’ and the company goals and priorities.
•    Follow up on project deliveries concerning scope, progress, costs, and quality.
•    Build strong stakeholder relationships, navigating the landscape with trust and influence.
•    Apply structured change management methodologies to meet project objectives.
•    Define success metrics and ensure high-quality project outcomes that produce value.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Master of Science or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for education. 
•    Minimum 7 years’ experience within Project Management in the E&P business   
•    Team-oriented person who can work both at a strategic and operational level. 
•    Fluent/good abilities in English or Norwegian, both verbal and written  
•    Experience in stakeholder management and – communication
