Job responsibilities:

•    Develop and implement strategies, specifications, and documentation for cyber security and network infrastructure in industrial automation and control systems.
•    Ensure that design solutions comply with network infrastructure and cyber security requirements.
•    Engage in meetings and technical workshops with suppliers and clients to evaluate network architectures and assess cyber security adherence.
•    Assist in the design, customization, and enhancement of network infrastructures and interfaces, including the setup and configuration of network hardware.
•    Provide recommendations for workflow optimization and integrate these into project implementations to achieve objectives.
•    Analyze and provide feedback on supplier topology diagrams, functional specifications, and testing protocols.
•    Prepare project-specific IO ICT documentation at various stages, including philosophies and functional requirements.
•    Define and document monitoring specifications in collaboration with clients at the equipment level.
•    Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), validating configurations of network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
•    Share insights from projects, train team members, and update requirement specifications as necessary.
•    Identify and suggest improvements to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information security/technology, cybernetics, or a related field.
•    A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
•    Proven ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary matrix organizations, with a proactive approach to seeking guidance and support.
•    Deep understanding of IP-based communication, particularly mechanisms at Layers 2/3/4.
•    Strong expertise in networking, devices, and protocols, including industrial standards like Modbus TCP, Profinet, IEC 61850, and OPC UA.
•    Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting VLANs, IPv4, routing/switching, firewall configurations, NAT, and QoS.
•    Familiarity with industrial network topologies, ISA 99, and the Purdue Model.
•    Knowledge of the IEC 62443 standards for cyber security in industrial automation and control systems.
•    Experience conducting cyber security risk assessments.
•    Solid understanding of IO ICT-related tasks.
•    Background working with offshore automation systems is a strong advantage.
