Job responsibilities:

•    Implement strategies, specifications, and reports related to cybersecurity and network infrastructures within industrial automation and control systems.
•    Ensure network infrastructure designs comply with cybersecurity requirements.
•    Participate in meetings and technical workshops with suppliers and clients to review network architectures and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
•    Assist in the design, adaptation, and modification of network infrastructures and interfaces, including physical infrastructure and configuration of network devices.
•    Provide input on work processes and workflows and integrate them into projects to achieve the desired outcomes.
•    Review and provide feedback on supplier topology drawings, functional specifications, and test procedures.
•    Develop project-specific IO ICT documentation during various project phases, such as philosophies and functional requirements for front-end projects, as well as specifications for IO solutions.
•    Collaborate with the client to define and document monitoring requirements at the equipment level.
•    Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including the review of network equipment configurations such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
•    Engage in "lessons learned" meetings, share knowledge and experience, provide training, and update requirement specifications as needed.
•    Propose improvements to enhance project outcomes.

Arbeidsoppgaver:
•    Implementere strategier, spesifikasjoner og rapporter for cybersikkerhet og nettverksinfrastruktur innen industrielle automasjons- og kontrollsystemer.
•    Sikre at nettverksdesign er i samsvar med kravene til nettverksinfrastruktur og cybersikkerhet.
•    Delta i møter og tekniske workshops med leverandører og kunder for å gjennomgå nettverksarkitekturer og sikre samsvar med cybersikkerhet.
•    Bidra til design, tilpasning og modifikasjon av nettverksinfrastruktur og grensesnitt, både for fysisk infrastruktur og konfigurasjon av nettverksenheter.
•    Gi innspill til arbeidsprosesser og arbeidsflyter, samt implementere disse i prosjekter for å oppnå ønskede resultater.
•    Gjennomgå og gi tilbakemeldinger på leverandørens topologitegninger, funksjonsspesifikasjoner og testprosedyrer.
•    Utarbeide prosjektspesifikke IO ICT-dokumenter i ulike prosjektfaser, som filosofier og funksjonelle krav i tidligfaseprosjekter, samt spesifikasjoner for forespørsel om IO-løsninger.
•    Samarbeide med kunden for å fastsette og dokumentere overvåkningskrav på utstyrs-nivå.
•    Delta i fabrikktester (FAT), inkludert gjennomgang av konfigurasjoner for nettverksenheter som switcher, rutere og brannmurer.
•    Bidra til "lessons learned"-møter, dele erfaringer og kunnskap, gi opplæring og oppdatere kravspesifikasjoner der det er nødvendig.
•    Foreslå forbedringer i prosjektene.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, information security/technology, cybernetics, or a related field.
•    5+ years of relevant experience in a related area.
•    Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary matrix organizations, seeking advice and support when necessary.
•    Comprehensive understanding of IP-based communication, especially Layer 2/3/4 mechanisms.
•    Strong knowledge of networking, products, and protocols, including industrial protocols like Modbus TCP, Profinet, IEC 61850, and OPC UA.
•    Experience in managing, implementing, and troubleshooting VLANs, IPv4, switching/routing, firewall rules, NAT, and QoS.
•    Familiarity with the IEC 62443 framework for Cyber Security in Industrial Automation and Control Systems.
•    Experience conducting cybersecurity risk assessments.
•    Solid understanding of IO ICT tasks.
•    Experience with offshore Automation Systems.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
•    Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Krav / kvalifikasjoner:
•    Bachelor- eller mastergrad i informatikk, informasjonssikkerhet/-teknologi, kybernetikk eller et lignende relevant fagområde.
•    5+ års relevant arbeidserfaring innen et relevant felt.
•    Erfaring med og evne til å jobbe effektivt i tverrfaglige matriseorganisasjoner, og søke råd og støtte ved behov.
•    Full forståelse av IP-basert kommunikasjon, spesielt lag 2/3/4-mekanismer.
•    Sterk kunnskap om nettverk, produkter og protokoller, inkludert industrielle protokoller som Modbus TCP, Profinet, IEC 61850 og OPC UA.
•    Erfaring med administrasjon, implementering og feilsøking av VLAN, IPv4, switching/routing, brannmurregler, NAT og QoS.
•    Kjennskap til IEC 62443-rammeverket for cybersikkerhet i industrielle automasjons- og kontrollsystemer.
•    Erfaring med risikovurderinger for cybersikkerhet.
•    God kunnskap om IO ICT-oppgaver.
•    Erfaring med offshore automasjonssystemer.
•    Evne til å jobbe både i team og selvstendig.
•    Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter på både norsk og engelsk, og evne til å være en lagspiller.
