Join the Procurement Supplier Relationship (PSR) Subsea, Engineering and Construction (SEC) team creating value through global, safe and sustainable end to end supply chain. We are approx. 100 procurement professionals delivering towards projects within Global Greenfield, Low Carbon Solutions, Electrification and Brownfield and Subsea & Marine. 

Job responsibilities:
–  Lead and participate in cross-functional teams for efficient establishment of procurement strategies and contracts 
–  Prepare and issue enquiries, manage and conduct bid evaluation, negotiations and prepare award recommendation 
–  Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the process 
–  Perform contract start-up activities, incl. kick-off meetings and contract training with internal stakeholders and external suppliers 
–  Manage contracts from award to contract closeout.

 
Your experience and qualifications:
–  Identify with customer's values, open, collaborative, courageous and caring, which guide our decisions and help us succeed and grow. 
–  Make safety your priority and contribute to our zero-harm culture. 
–  Strong and fluent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English 
–  Project procurement experience 
–  Independent and flexible, with the ability to work within and lead multidisciplinary teams across the organisation. 
–  Skilled in developing, utilising and extending network of internal and external stakeholders. 
–  Demonstrates high level of personal integrity and ethical awareness. 
–  Strategic and Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. 

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
