Job responsibilities:

•    Drive continuous improvement in the project by identifying and following up on prioritized improvement activities
•    Facilitate improvement initiatives using Agile and Lean methods and principles
•    Enhance processes and meeting culture through structured continuous improvement efforts

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Higher education preferred; extensive relevant experience may compensate
•    Experience in offshore industry and workshop operations
•    Experience in a senior role
•    Background in continuous improvement within a project organization, including Agile & Lean facilitation
•    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong communication and collaboration skills
•    Knowledge of NS ISO 9000 series and ISO 31000 standards
•    Proven leadership experience and teamwork skills
•    Strong written and verbal English skills
