Job responsibilities:

• Assist and support company Construction Lead and HAP23 Project Manager during onshore planning and preparation of HAP23 and offshore execution of the HAP23 program
• Review and comment on method statements, jobcards, material status and schedule for HAP23 scope
• Professionally responsible for monitoring and follow-up planning and preparation activities and all installation/construction activities during HAP23, and ensure all work is performed according to Norwegian and Company rules, regulations and specifications
• Ensure the HAP23 scope of work is safely executed and completed in compliance with Company procedures, policies, work practices and regulatory requirements
• Ensure that deviations are managed appropriately via the Management of Change process
• Monitor and follow-up offshore construction activities performed by Contractors
• Proactively steward productivity and identify opportunities to improve productivity and quality
• Witness and verify Mechanical Completion activities
• Lead by example and ensure company HSE&Q policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to in all phases of the work
• Participate in HSE related activities – Tool Box, Safety Meetings, HSE Inspections etc.
• Promote safety and encourage all personnel to participate in the company Safety programs (e.g. HAT, Energy Wheel) and campaigns
• Participate as required in regular planning and status meetings, SJA/Risk Assessments
• Review Contractor’s completion plan, method statements, estimates and jobcards
• Attend SIMOPS/HAZID/Constructability reviews
• Prepare and attend readiness reviews
• Follow up Contractor’s responsibilities and performance within:
• Offshore Installation
• Mechanical completion (MC)
• Commissioning
• Handover process
• Support and witness Contractor’s Mechanical Completion activities and ensure that all tests are completed and documented
• Provide regular status reports and proactively communicate execution issues, concerns, opportunities etc. To company HAP Construction Manager
• Promote and ensure good cooperation with contractor for optimal use and assistance personnel
• Follow-up activities assuring Contractor meet the HAP schedule and milestones
• Ensure that red line mark-up of the master documentation in CCR is carried out
• Liaise with Operations and main contractor in development of safe and effective commissioning plans and procedures
• Proactively contribute to collaboration and a satisfactory working relationship between Company and Contractors
• Motivate colleges to create and maintain a good working environment across all companies within the HAP

Your qualifications:

• 9 – 15 years of experience
• Work location: Stavanger

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
