Job responsibilities:

•    Develop and establish project execution schedules for all construction disciplines across all project phases, aligned with resource management, methodology, and planning strategy.
•    Develop and establish commissioning schedules based on the methodology and completion strategy.
•    Serve as the primary interface with the Customer Commissioning System.
•    Oversee the Construction and Commissioning schedule and resource requirements throughout all project phases.
•    Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning functions within the project.
•    Monitor progress across all disciplines and track budget developments according to the approved schedule and budget details.
•    Establish reporting structures to communicate progress and resource needs to project stakeholders.
•    Manage schedule deviations caused by changes, delays, resource limitations, or other factors.
•    Re-schedule as necessary to ensure overall project timeline is maintained.
•    Participate in consequence analysis to assess the impact on various disciplines.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Hold an MSc, BSc, Technical College degree, or possess other relevant education and experience.
•    Offshore experience may compensate for a lack of formal education.
•    Capable of acquiring detailed knowledge of the project scope and managing a range of disciplines or fields within planning.
•    Ability to tackle complex situations or problems by integrating skills from different disciplines to develop comprehensive solutions.
•    Strong collaborative skills, with an outgoing personality and an ability to work effectively in a team.
•    Proactive and transparent in interactions with the team and clients.
•    Committed to honesty, predictability, and transparency in all aspects of work.
•    Strong focus on Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE).
•    Available for work in Norway.
•    Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, with a team-oriented mindset.
