Responsibilities:
•    Oversee and manage performance within assigned systems, including responsibilities such as: 
o    Preparing Commissioning Boundary Documents
o    Developing Commissioning Procedures
o    Creating Commissioning Job Cards and CPCL/CR documentation
•    Collaborate daily with site and offshore commissioning teams.
•    Actively participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and commissioning activities at supplier facilities.
•    Address and resolve Commissioning Queries (CQ).
•    Contribute to the handover of Commissioning Packages to Operations.
•    Attend meetings as requested by the Completion Manager.
•    Other task might include SCD, Loop testing etc.
•    Undertake occasional offshore trips as required (if medically and physically capable).

Minimum Requirements:
•    Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Technical vocational training may be considered with substantial experience).
•    Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
•    Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English. Norwegian language will be preferred.

Qualifications:
•    Demonstrated experience and skills in commissioning, SCD, loop testing, and B&G.
•    Solid knowledge and competence within commissioning & completion processes.
•    Familiarity with Aker’s operating systems and PEM.
•    Understanding of project lifecycle management.
•    Valid offshore certification and medical clearance for work in Norway.
•    Strong teamwork and communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
