Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Completion and Commissioning specialist 27821.

The company is developing a Hydrogen production facility in Høyanger. This is a 3 year research project to produce aluminum with lover CO2 emissions. The Høyanger Hydrogen Pilot will provide hydrogen to Høyanger Recyclings furnace 5, such that Hydrogen can be used instead of natural gas. 

Job responsibilities:
•    Plan, follow-up and execute activities related to FAT, MC, commissioning and handovers. 
•    Ensure a safe, efficient and uniform execution of the processes related to project completion 
•    Maintain the database with objects in the project platform Omega 365. This includes in particular definition of all tags and commissioning packages in collaboration with the companies who perform detail engineering in the project
•    Follow up contractors work tasks 
•    Collaborate with Owner (Hydro)   
•    Collaboration with Procurement responsible when handing over the contracts to Owner
•    Improve and adapt checklist templates
•    Participate in setting up and execution of efficient work processes related to completion
•    Ensure that the completion database is kept updated at any time, including management of punch items
•    Commissioning execution

Your experience and qualifications:
•    Relevant technical degree and multidiscipline understanding
•    Minimum 5 years of experience from similar activities, including active use of completion management systems
•    Full professional proficiency in English and basic Norwegian or other Scandinavian language
•    Experience with Omega 365 is an advantage
•    Proven strong collaboration and communication skills  
•    Proactive mindset, continuously working to find good solutions 
•    Structured 
•    Flexible and comfortable with extensive travelling to project site 

Job Specifications:

•    Main work location: Høyanger
•    Secondary work location: Hydro office at Vækerø (Oslo) or other active project sites in Norway
•    Travelling is expected between the locations above
