Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Commissioning Lead

Job responsibilities:

•    Lead commissioning tasks within the project.
•    Plan, prepare, organize, and execute commissioning activities in the project.
•    Ensure thorough assessment and planning of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) aspects.
•    Establish project philosophies and strategies for commissioning, implementing them in the early design phase to facilitate completion execution.
•    Establish an appropriate organization with sufficient manpower for commissioning activities.
•    Monitor progress and quality of commissioning activities.
•    Establish procedures and work instructions as required for the project.
•    Maintain close interaction with Completion, Engineering, Integration, Operation, and Plant Integrity teams.
•    Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent technical education with extensive practical experience in commissioning and completion.
•    Fluent in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience within commissioning.
•    Offshore certification required, as this role is primarily onshore with sporadic offshore trips.
•    Extensive knowledge of Equinor’s governing documentation.
•    Strong leadership skills, cooperation abilities, proactive communication, and a positive attitude.
