Job responsibilities:
•    Maintenance of the allocation models for Manhour & Overhead (M&O) costs incl. update of monthly allocation keys
•    Booking of monthly charges and accruals for relevant M&O costs
•    Reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts related to payroll, M&O and prepayments
•    Prepare and issue recharge invoices
•    Master data related to M&O, such as creation of cost centers, open/close of cost objects available for TW etc.
•    Analysing cost charged to M&O allocation pool to ensure compliance with Joint Operating Agreement and NOG30
•    Preparation and participation in Overhead Audit
•    Reporting of Payroll expenses and executive remuneration note in the Annual Financial Statement
•    Perform various analysis, internal controls & other ad hoc tasks
