Marianne Koppang will become Manager of Techconsult, and Ronny Meyer, the current CEO, will transition into a new role as Strategic Advisor.
As part of Techconsult’s continued development and long-term strategic direction, Ronny Meyer, founder and CEO of the company, will transition into a new role as Strategic Advisor, effective July 1.
At the same time, Marianne Koppang, currently Regional Manager, will assume the role of Manager of Techconsult.
In his new role, Ronny will continue to contribute his extensive industry experience and broad technical staffing and engineering recruitment insight, supporting Techconsult’s future growth and commercial ambitions.
Marianne brings hands-on experience, deep business understanding, and a long-standing commitment, having been with Techconsult for nearly 20 years, including more than 15 years in managerial and senior management roles. In her role as Manager of Techconsult, she is well-equipped to strengthen Techconsult’s position in the Norwegian resourcing market.
Founded in 1999, Techconsult has grown into one of Norway’s leading technical staffing and engineering recruitment agencies, serving clients across the energy, power, marine, and infrastructure industries. Since joining the AGR business in 2025, the combined organisation has further strengthened its recruitment and resourcing capabilities across multiple technical disciplines.
