Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a SAS System Responsible Commissioning 28132.

The Commissioning Engineer Controls is a part of the FFA PWP Commissioning Team and reports functionally to the Commissioning System Lead SAS. Purpose of the position is to plan and execute SAS commissioning activities.

Job responsibilities:
•    Participate in ensuring completions and commissioning requirements of all Company’s projects is carried out safely, efficiently by FFA and ensure they meet all Company’s project and operational requirements, including verification and assurance.
•    Responsible for implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to the PWP Project Completion Strategy.
•    Accountable for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of plant and equipment to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.
•    Manage relevant contractors and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for SAS System Commissioning.
•    In cooperation with relevant disciplines and package teams, provide SAS knowledge and participation related to:
•    Join MC round with construction and follow up the delivery.
•    Plan and follow up cabinet powerup and establish communication.
•    Witness contractor/supplier tests as necessary (SAT).
•    Implement the commissioning scope as per procedures.
•    Ensure a smooth transition from Project to Operations.
•    Participate in pre-start-up and performance test reviews when necessary.
•    This position is rotational position starting onshore – Stord and continue Offshore.

Your experience and qualifications:
•    BSc. in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education / experience.
•    Experience from the PWP project's operations is of great benefit.
•    English: native or bilingual proficiency
