Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a HSSE Advisor D&W 27097.

Job responsibilities:
•    Provide professional HSSE advice and support to the drilling and wells teams
•    Develop, implement and monitor HSSE activity plans for selected drilling campaigns 
•    Work closely and proactive with Drilling Contractor(s) to promote a strong HSSE culture and performance
•    Evaluate risk analyses performed by all service contractors
•    Participate and/or facilitate risk assessments related to drilling activities
•    Promote HSSE Risk awareness
•    Prepare safety statistics and reports 
•    HSSE incident follow-up
•    Establish and maintain bridging documents
•    Provide input to AfC, coordinate and ensure deliver in due time
•    Facilitate and prepare input to audit and verification program, and participate in audits and inspections, as part of the Company’s duty to “see to”
•    Work closely with HSSE Manager 
•    Drilling and Well, and collaborate with other HSSE resources and teams to share best practices and improve HSSE performance.

Your experience and qualifications:
•    Bachelor or Master degree within relevant subject matter (technology, HSEQ, risk management etc.)  Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
•    Min. 10 years of relevant experience, including experience from HSSE role within drilling and well
•    Excellent PC skills
•    Excellent communication skills, written and oral, preferably in both Norwegian and English
