Job responsibilities:

• Sending and receipt of documentation to and from costumer and suppliers
• Ensure traceability and retrieval of documentation within projects.
• Perform Checking/quality control of documents and drawing from a Document control perspective.
• Follow up documentation from supplier and costumer.
• Supporting LCI Coordinator
• Work According to Project governing procedures and methods

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or other relevant qualification
• 2 – 10 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge Document Handling
• Ability to work independently and structured
• Preferely 5 years experience from document handling.
• Structured and systematic
• It systems: ProArc, MS Office
• Language: Norwegian or English

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
