For one of our customer we are looking for a skilled automation engineer to work in a large oil & gas FEED project consisting of new platform design, brownfield modification work and interface to several contractual interfaces. The right person will have the opportunity to develop his/her skills within engineering of Automation systems, working with the SAS system design.  

Job responsibilities:

•    System Design, interface and follow up of Safety and Automation System (SAS) at FEED detail level.
•    Ensure implementation of Global SAS system design through modification work, new system design and contractual interfaces
•    Technical responsible (PRE) for SAS package.
•    Coordination and follow-up SAS package technical deliveries, documentation, plans and solutions. 
•    Review of SAS technical package documentation.
•    Perform and complete engineering documents and data registers. 
•    Interface to other disciplines, contractors, suppliers and client. 
•    Offshore survey may be required

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Required education Bachelor or higher
•    Minimum 12 years’ experience from automation engineering in green field projects  
•    Minimum 8 years’ Experience from automation and SAS system design, incl SAS/automation pacakge follow-up. 
•    Experience and thorough knowledge of automation design and networks according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC 
•    Efficient communicator, who communicate well in English – Both orally and in writing
•    Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment 
•    Ability to work independently as well as in team 
•    Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements 
•    Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others

Required Certificates:

•    FSE-course, valid through the engagement
•    Ex-course, valid through the engagement
