Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a HSSE Coach.

Job responsibilities:

* Ensure that site HSSE requirements are followed and complied with at site during execution phases with close dialogue with Project HSSE Managers.

* Ensure that the project site team understand the routines for reporting of HSSE incidents and near misses and know how to use the established reporting system Synergi.

* Contribute to implementation of the HSSE targets & requirements for the projects described in the overall HSSE Program and secure Goal Zero philosophy is understood by the project site team

* Demonstrate HSSE&Q by emphasizing personal commitment to HSSE&Q and by promoting company's HSE&Q Mindset and Goal Zero target in accordance to company`s Health, Safety and Environment policy

* Focus on project vision, goals and strategies for HSSE

* Provide HSSE expertise and advice to project management team on site and at NYH

* Participate in regular Site Management meetings and relevant HSSE meetings with Client

* Participate in HSSE inspections and verifications

* Report to Site Manager all matters of importance

* Ensure clear interfaces towards suppliers and subcontractors with respect to HSSE requirements and bridging/interface documents are developed and followed

* Ensure collection of experience data and provide HSSE input for sharing purposes

* Provide HSSE input to project management as requested, typical monthly report for both projects

* Follow up the HSSE activity plan for Projects related to site specific activities and responsibilities

* Participate in HSSE inspections and verifications

* Secure efficient working interfaces and active dialogue with Client representatives

* Being continuously updated on the project main status and challenges, and act in interest of the overall project best development

Your qualifications:

* Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, but relevant experience may compensate for lack of a higher education

* Relevant HSE experience from site or offshore Experience from operational HSSE

* Good knowledge of Norwegian and English both verbally and written language.

* HSSE mindset
