Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer - PRE.

Job responsibilities:

Lead mechanical engineering resources

Perform mechanical engineering in offshore and/or onshore electrification, modification, and maintenance projects

Act as package responsible engineer (PRE) incl bid evaluation, supplier coordination and follow-up, coordination of internal disciplines

Engineering scope in Front End study work, EPCI projects and minor modifications

Interaction with procurement and client, testing, and mechanical completion activities

Multidiscipline coordination with project team

Development of installation method

Participate in testing and installation of equipment

Quality Input and control of technical data and job preparation

Skills and Levels Description:

Experience with PRE and Offshore

Mechanical skills

Required software skills: TIME, MIPS, PEM and AKSO-systems

Relevant bachelor’s degree

Offshore certificate required

Good knowledge of Norwegian and English both verbally and written language

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
