Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a Administration Coordinator.

Job responsibilities:

We need to strengthen our team and we are looking for a Coordinator with experience in administrative coordinator tasks. As an Administration Coordinator, you are a part of the Aftermarket Administration team. We are responsible for all administrative coordinating to the various business areas within Company Aftermarket Norway.

We are looking for a structured and well-organized person who thrives in a hectic environment and is still meticulous to detail and accuracy. The candidate is able to multitask and manage priorities, is flexible and adaptable to changes while adhering to deadlines. It is important that the candidate has a strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. He/She is experienced in handling confidential and sensitive information and maintains a professional and positive attitude at all times. Start date as soon as possible.

Main tasks will be to provide critical administrative support to cross-functional teams within Company supporting various departments as and when required along with everyday tasks.

  • Check, correct and pre-approve travel expenses for our traveling personnel
  • Upload and maintain documentation in RigOffice
  • Ensure hours and work order information is processed within Kronos Workforce management system according to timesheets
  • Preparation and costing of jobs for invoicing
  • Keep updated on Government regulations and Company Personal Handbook
  • Provide suggestions for work routines towards departments / locations / leaders 

  • Support Administration department with holiday cover and carry out any other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager

Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education. Relevant experience could compensate for lack of education, Fluent in both Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing.
  • Good IT knowledge

You must be located within Europe preferable within "EU/EEA" to be considered as a candidate.
