Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for an Umbilical Project Engineer- OneSubsea 25982.

Job responsibilities:
–  Be part of a project team and manage assigned tasks according to defined procedures and practices
–  Deliver OTQD (On Time Quality Delivery) engineering documentation according to company’s practice, guidelines, and procedures
–  Coordinate correspondence to and from client and other contractors
–  Create and maintain Materials and BoM’s in SAP and ensure relevant input is obtained and implemented
–  Provide technical input to, and cooperate closely with design and test team, supply chain department and umbilical manufacturing site
–  Provide technical support to sub-contractors and suppliers
–  Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to a continuous improvement culture
–  Proactively gain and share knowledge/experience within engineering team and department
–  Ensure relevant Lessons Learnt are captured, understood and recorded as required.

Your experience and qualifications:
–  B.Sc or M.Sc. in relevant engineering discipline or 3 years relevant experience
–  Experience with engineering and project execution and a general understanding of the subsea business area
–  Experience with SAP ERP system is an advantage
–  Knowledge of relevant industry standards.
–  Good technical, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
–  Ability to work both as a team member and individually
–  Plan and prioritize own activities and manage own workload with minimum supervision
– Strong focus on quality and On Time Delivery when working under pressure.
