Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Structural Analyses Engineer Main Steel and Sec&Outf structures

Job responsibilities:

• Be a team member of the structural discipline
• Perform structural analyses and design development of Sec&Outf, Main steel and PipeRack
• Perform structural analyses by use of Sesa & StaadPro software and hand calculations
• Write structural design reports
• Manage team within the structural discipline
• Interface towards other disciplines

Your qualifications:

• Master Degree
• Experience from structural analysis topside Sec&Outf. steel, Main steel and PipeRack for detail engineering
• Experience from designing Topside Sec&Outf. steel, Main steel and PipeRack
• Be able to carry through the design and documentation
• Experienced in Sesam and StaadPro software package
• Experience from structural design according to NORSOK, DNVGL rules and Eurocode
• The candidate must have minimum 5 years’ experience from NCS offshore projects within steel structures
• Have good communication skills
• Multidiscipline understanding
• Have a cooperative working attitude
• Ability to work independently and through teamwork
• Be systematic, accurate and independent
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
• Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
• Communicate well in English – both oral and in writing.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
